The 5 images above are what I think to be the key stages in the brief

(with some minor tweaking to complete it.)

The narrative of this card is very strong and is for a general audience as it portrays the very beginning process of life with the sperm and egg imagery.

The reason the single text on there is BE is because the briefs requirements limited what could be done in some ways but then with the heavy meaning there was no need to say more as it would personalise to me or a group of people/race etc but this can be personalised individually.

Through thought and research of the Islamic beliefs on Jesus (Prophet Isa PBUH), the realisation came that he is believed in different meanings. However the interpretation and use of the translations that was found from the Qu’ran, said that the conception of Jesus was immaculate and the Mother of Jesus, Mary asked the angel how this is possible and received the answer that if God wills is; God would only have to say “Be and it was…” From that alone the main word that creates majority of that quote is the “be”

The word be aesthetically connotes obvious Arabic calligraphy influences as well as geometry to the circular shape of the ovum surround by the sperm but not entirely over powering to the design. The use of tracing paper was influence from the basic design of the Eid Card which was also coincidently co-designed by me and a fellow student Yayha.
